小型滾筒混凝土攪拌機的具體操作方法。滾筒式混凝土攪拌機主要用于攪拌塑性和半塑性混凝土，是民用混凝土攪拌機的一種，與爬梯式混凝土攪拌機不同，其攪拌方法是把混合料放在一個旋轉(zhuǎn)的攪拌鼓內(nèi)，跟著攪拌鼓的旋轉(zhuǎn)，鼓內(nèi)的葉片把混合料提高到必定的高度，然后靠自動自在撒落下來，由此循環(huán)往復直至攪拌均勻，具體的操作方法是：

1、對某些需求挖設上料斗地坑的攪拌機，其坑口周圍應墊高夯實，以防地面水流入坑內(nèi)，上料軌道架的底端支承面應夯實或鋪磚、架的后邊亦須用木料加以支承，防止工作時軌道變形。

3、在混凝土攪拌機運用中，切勿使砂石落入機器工作有些中去，防止使工作部件卡住損壞，上料斗提高后，斗下不能有人通過或停留，防止制動器失靈發(fā)生意外事端，如必在斗下修理或進行整理工作時，強行停機并將上料斗用保險鏈條拉牢。
