1、班前應檢查稱量裝置是否處于正常工作狀態，如有卡阻等影響稱量精度的現象應及時排除。

2、檢查電氣部分的接線是否正確牢固，電氣箱外殼是否牢靠接地。

3、在運行中檢查各運轉部分是否運轉正常、輸送皮帶有無跑偏、皮帶與從動輥之間有無異物掉入、如有異常情況停機排除。

4、各活動部位應加注黃油，皮帶輥每年拆下加油一次。

5、在對機器進行檢修時，必須停機并切斷總電源。
